Mini Berry Cheesecake w/Malt

Refreshing dessert. You can make it low in sugar too!

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries or blueberries or raspberries (your favorite berries)
1 tsp vanilla

8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup butter (softened)
1/4 c. sugar  (I used Stevia®, a sugar substitute)
2 heaping Tablespoons of Soda Fountain Malted Milk Powder

Instructions

Blend berries and vanilla until smooth.  Add cream cheese, butter, sugar (stevia) and Soda Fountain® Malted Milk Powder and blend until smooth.   Pour or spoon into small silicone candy molds.  Place in freezer until frozen.  Once frozen, place in a sealed container and keep in freezer.
