Easy and refreshing dessert for a summer picnic
In Bakery, angel food cake already prepared or short cake (Typically there are 4 to 6 in a single package)
1 package of Fresh Strawberries (or frozen strawberries)
Can of Whipping Cream (I like the Heavy and rich whipping cream)
Soda Fountain® Malted Milk Powder (1 to 2 TBSP per serving)
Start by chopping-up the strawberries in a bowl. Add 1 TBSP of malted milk powder in the strawberries (optional) or 1 TBSP of sugar. Set aside. On the bottom of a serving bowl, place a serving size of angel food or short cake. Scoop on strawberries, you decide the amount (1/2 cup or more). Sprinkle with Malted Milk powder, over strawberries (about 1 TBSP). And finish with whipping cream.
