Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies

Don’t forget the Malt!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter (Softened)
  • 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Soda Fountain ® Malted Milk Powder
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 cups Milk Chocolate and Peanut Butter chip mixture

Instructions

  1.  Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
  2.  In a small bowl, combined flour, malt powder and baking soda
  3.  Set aside, in a large bowl cream together butter, brown sugar, and sugar until blended.
  4.  Add egg and vanilla and mix until blended.
  5.  Mix in flour mixture until blended.
  6.  Fold in the chocolate and peanut butter chips.
  7.  On an ungreased cookie sheet, scoop 1 tsp. of cookie dough on sheet.
  8.  Flatten slightly with a glass dipped in sugar.
  9.  Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges are just browning.
  10.  Cool on the cookie sheet for at least 4 to 5 minutes before transferring to cookie rack to cool.
  11.  Keep in a sealed container.
