Red, White and Blue Cream Cheese Malt Bars

Creamy and Delicious

Ingredients

CRUST:
•  2 cups graham cracker crumbs
•  1/4 cup sugar
•  1/4 cup of Soda Fountain ® malted milk powder
•  8 Tbsp. melted butter

CHEESE CAKE:
•  16 oz. cream cheese softened
•  1/4 cup Sugar
•  2 heaping Tbsp. Soda Fountain ® malted milk powder
•  1 tsp. vanilla extract
•  Red and Blue Sprinkles

Instructions

  1.  Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Line pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix crust ingredients, press into pan.  Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and malt until smooth.  Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Pour batter over crust.  Spread out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle blue and red over batter.
  6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until set.  Cool then chill for 3+ hours.
