Malty Mint St. Patrick’s Day Dessert

No-bake easy and quick to make dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Pistachio Instant Pudding
  • Milk (See amount on box)
  • Crushed Mint Oreo Cookies
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Soda Fountain Malted Milk Powder (Depending on your taste buds, add more powder for a richer malt flavor)
  • Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Make pudding, according to the package instructions.  Chill pudding.
  2. Crush 1 sleeve of mint Oreo cookies
  3. Add Malt to crushed cookies and shake to combined
  4. Once pudding has thicken, layer pudding, then crushed malt Oreo cookies
  5. Top with whipping cream.
